We will start by touring your home and doing the same thing we do with our consultation - go room by room and note what enhancements could be made. If more pieces are needed, we will work with you to come up with a plan for it. This service is completely tailored to your needs and budget and comes with a detailed plan and follow up report for execution which can be done by you or our team.

Staging Installation
We recommend scheduling your staging installation right before your real estate photos are taken. Throughout the process, we keep the lines of communication open, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for you.

Preview & Design Plan
Within a week of starting your project, a member of our staging team will visit your property to take photos and gather essential details. This will help us create a customized inventory plan that meets both the aesthetic and functional needs of your space. The preview will serve as the basis for developing a design strategy that maximizes the potential of your property.
Step 4
Staging Removal
Once your property is under contract, we’ll work with you to arrange a convenient time for de-staging, taking into account the expected closing dates and financial commitments. With great attention to detail, we’ll swiftly pack up and remove all staging items, leaving the property in the same pristine condition as when we first arrived.
